Biography

Dr. Brussock is a managing partner at the ELM Group and has over 35 years of professional experience in managing regional environmental contamination matters in a holistic manner across a diversity of settings. His education background is also diversified including a Ph.D. in aquatic ecology and water resources and diverse continuing coursework, including recently completing an Executive Education Certificate with the University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership. He holds several certifications/registrations such as certified planner, professional wetland scientist and certified sustainability practitioner. Dr. Brussock has long worked to integrate the analysis of relevant environmental, social and economic factors that influence the management of projects. His approach is based on an objective understanding of project risks and solutions that have multiple purposes and benefits. Among those risks are the increasing influences of climate change on the stability and resiliency of remedial actions
