Biography

Marjan Joris, account manager, iFLUX, Niel Belgium obtained a master of science in geology from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL), which she complemented with a postgraduate degree in environmental sciences and technologies from the University of Ghent (UG) due to her interest in multidisciplinary collaboration. She worked for 20 years as a consultant and remediaiton expert. She specialized in the design and follow-up of in-situ remediation where she was able to master both conventional and innovative techniques and helped to build a dedicated team specialized in soil and groundwater remediation. In November 2020, Marjan started as account manager for iFLUX. Driven by her fascination for subsurface processes and expertise in soil and water, she seeks the best solutions for her clients. With a long term vision she strives for sustainable relationships and collaborations.
