Biography

Ms. Carter is an Environmental Scientist within Leidos' Exploration, Energy, and Environment Division, where she has supported environmental investigations at over 30 facilities nationwide since joining the company in 2021. She holds a B.S. and an M.S in Biology with an Ecology concentration from the University of Toledo. With experience in field data collection, technical reporting, and data analysis, Sarah has played a key role in projects involving environmental assessments, remedial investigations, and long-term monitoring. She is also a member of the Leidos PFAS Community of Practice Advisory Team and leads nature and biodiversity-focused efforts for the Leidos Green Team.
